The KTron repository has moved inside the svn repository it was already in. Therefor I added the new link and removed the old one, which resulted in the removal of all commits done before.
Why does Ohloh act this way, and is it possible to get the commits back?
KTron actually has moved several times within the KDE repository and it would be nice if Ohloh was able to find the complete history (in other words, doesn't do --stop-on-copy).
Hi Stas,
We are currently preparing some fixes to our Subversion importer that will enable your lost commits (and those of many other projects) to come back.
We will still be using the --stop-on-copy
flag, but we will be able to detect the case when an entire directory tree is moved to a new location. It should fix the problem with KTron.
I'm still testing the changes, but I expect it to be online by the end of this week. I'll reschedule KTron when it's ready, and your lost commits should come back.
Thanks,
Robin
Thanks for the quick response, I'll wait for the end of the week.
