At the Joomla! project we moved to our new SVN - We were able to keep all the history, so It appears that when we moved the ohloh details it didn't duplicate (I think). However, it seems we have an issue were the commiters are now in all lowercase and this wasn't picked up to be the same. (ie: CoolAcid and coolacid) are the same person, but the stats are split... I can't claim both users tho.
Any thoughts?
I added Alias' but I'm wondering if there is a better way for this? Thanks
It seems to have finished - the aliases seem to resolve the name issues, however, it seems to be stuck at April 19th - I know code was submitted after that - anyway you could give it a poke to see if it downloads the rest of the history/commits?
Thanks!
Hi Jason,
If I recall correctly, it took us a very long time to download the Joomla! history. We started the download on April 19 and it only recently finished. That's why the commit history only reaches that far.
I've just started a new download job, which will make us current up to now when it completes. This job should finish within a few hours.
BTW, Yes, using aliases was the right thing to do; I'm glad you were able to figure it out.
Thanks Robin - Great tools! Look forward to seeing new tools.
the poke has finished, and commits show up to April 19th still. Any thoughts?
Well - it's up to the 9th now... thanks guys! Great work :)
