ohloh_documentation.txt

How about adding a feature that any source code directory that
contains a file name ohloh_documentation.txt is used to determine
which files contained in it are really documentation not source code.

For example, if ohloh_documentation.txt contains:

  • => All files in directory are documentation help.txt => help.txt only is documentation, all the remaining files are code

For example, project emle has a directory dev that contains documentation for developers.
I would like to be able to have a file name ohloh_documentation.txt
with a single *
which would cause ohloh to determine that my project is not mostly HTML. It
does contain more HTML files that are documentation for developers than source
code for any of the real code languages (Javascript, XSL, XML and some HTML).

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robots.txt for the Robots exclusion standard which is a similar idea.
