Question about "Project Manager" role

link still points to nirvana, I have a question about the Project Manager
role:
Is this meant to be someone who manages the project independently of ohloh, or someone who manages the projects appearance at ohloh?

Hi Michael,
Thanks for pointing out the lack of a Manager's FAQ. I'll fix that today.
Ideally the project manager on ohloh is managing the project outside of ohloh also. Someone like a release manager, project founder or lead dev will ideally fill the role. But naturally they're busy and may love to have someone else handle that role.
Currently the manager has only two abilities in addition to a normal ohloh account: they may upload files for our download service and they may lock the project so that its not possible for non-managers to make edits.
