GPLv3 Files listed as GPLv2
Hi. Most of the files in my project (Saya Video Editor) have in their documentation these lines:

- License: GPL version 3 or later **************************************************************/
However, in the ohloh code analysis, I only see GPL v2 or GPL v2.1.
I think that your automatic source code parser hasn't been programmed to identify GPLv3. Please fix soon. Thanks.
