curl includes libcurl

Hello

I just noticed that someone submitted libcurl as a separate project, while the already listed curl one includes libcurl.

While that could have some merit, we now get duplicated commits if accepting ownership of stuff done in both the curl and the libcurl project entries!

Hi Daniel - good catch.

This reminds me of the Firefox/Mozilla Core situation - where the Firefox application seems very light, since a lot of the heavy lifting (ie: lots of lines of code) are done in the mozilla core project instead.

I noticed both projects are enlisted in the exact same repository. Do you know if it'd be possible to enlist them into distinct repositories such that each project could properly account for just its portion of the code?

No, it doesn't make sense and they're not easily split up.
