Project Help Wanted Listings
I don't know if this has been brought up before or not, but I think it would be great if project developers could post a help wanted message like Sourceforge used to have. Basically, a developer selects the field they need help in, a short description and contract information.
I like to help open source projects with graphics (icons, splash screens etc.) and I think this would be a useful feature to help users get involved.
