The JGenea project has 7 source code enlistments, 6 of which completed a month ago and one which says
:pserver:anonymous:@jgenea.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/jgenea
jgenea-ihm
CVS
Step 1 of 3: Downloading source code history (Failed)
Delete
There's no indication of what the error or is how to resolve it.
The text on the enlistments page is a little ambiguous. On the one hand it says that any failures are known and are being worked on, but on the other hand it says to post a note in the help forum. 30 days seems like a long time, so I'm posting a note...

Hi Tom,
I've rescheduled the download for JGenea. I'll keep an eye on it today to make sure it goes through.
You're right; the enlistments page text was a bit of a mess. I've made some changes that hopefully make things clearer and more instructive.
Thanks,
Robin
