At the Enlistments page of the project Velo4 https://www.openhub.net/p/velo4/enlistments, I see:

Analyzed about 21 hours ago. based on code collected 11 months ago.
Step 1 of 3: Downloading source code history (Failed 8 months ago.)

Could you see why the download fails?
