It seems that files with extension .lss containing Lotus Script code, a Visual Basic dialect of Lotus Notes/Domino, are not counted.
The project lserror contains exactly one such file, but the language summary of the project only lists XML and CSS files:

Is it possible to associate the extension .lss to a new language called 'Lotus Script' or at least to associate it with the language 'Visual Basic'?
