My original account is ceefour
(10 years ago), I still have the password but it seems Blackduck has changed this password. Ohloh/openhub used to use username to login but now it's using email address. Unfortunately I longer use that email address and so I can't do a reset password.
So I created a new hendyirawan
account, but the old ceefour
account is still there.
I hope an admin can restore my access to the old ceefour
account and delete the new hendyirawan
account that I just created.
By restoring ceefour
account I meant assigning it to the ceefour
GitHub username and/or my current email address XXXX@XXXXXXXXXX.com so I can reset password.
Thank you very much in advance and sorry for the trouble.
Hi Hendy Irawan;
I've updated the post to mask your email address, since this is public forum. Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sure we can help you get things squared away.
I see your new account -- hendyirawan -- has positions claimed while your old account -- ceefour -- does not.
Are you sure you would like us to delete the new account? The old account can be deleted instead and you would be free to update your account to use the login you wish. Please let me know and we'll delete which ever account you choose. You can delete the new account and we will then be able to reset the email address of the old account to this new email account.
However, I would ask that you contact us at info@openhub.net to preserve your privacy and not post your email address in the forum.
Finally, may I confirm your login experience. The Sign in with Email & Password
form will accept either your email address or your login ID. You should be able to sign in to the original account -- ceefour -- with that ID and your password. I promise you, we've not changed any passwords! If that doesn't work, we can update the email address in that account (as long as it's unique). As noted above, your new account has positions claimed, which is a task you may not wish to reproduce.
Please let me know how we can help. Thanks!
Thanks Peter for the quick response.
I've sent email to info@openhub.net.
