That's what the site says when attempting to access it.
This comes up after attempting to add 'lp:byot' as the code location.
The weird things are:
- the code location is accepted bu no job is scheduled to analyze it,
- unlike https://www.openhub.net/p/byoc and https://www.openhub.net/p/byov which went well
