Trouble Creating Sourceforge CVS project

Hi, Over the last hour I've been trying to register an old Sourceforge project on Open Hub called arcem. Starting at https://openhub.net/p/new I give https://sourceforge.net/projects/arcem/ and the resulting /p/check_forge has much already filled out. The source-code field is pre-filled with https://sourceforge.net/projects/arcem/. Whether I leave it alone or change it to :pserver:[email protected]:/cvsroot/arcem, on submitting the form I get There was a problem and the repository could not be verified. Please check URL and branch.

It could more clearly state the URL that's the problem as there are several in the form. The new version of the form that's then displayed has forgotten the GPL v2 licence I've selected. (GPL v2 or later wasn't an option.) If I put a colon before the at-sign, like other CVS projects on Open Hub show, it still complains the same way. Ditto if I append /arcem for the module name. The guidance for the form could show an example CVS-format Project Source Code value so I know the desired format. What should I try?

Thanks, Ralph.
