Yes, this is something we have planned in our Open Hub Brand Update (OHBU), when we will update the UI to:
- Update the site color branding to better match Black Duck products
- Take advantage of full screen widths of desktops and laptops
- Scale the UI appropriately for better display on tablets and mobile devices
However, this is a massive effort, with full design updates on over 80 distinct pages: graphic layouts, HTML mockups, and then coding the changes.
That said, I am hopeful that we can start working on it in 2017
