New project additions fail on source upload from Github as of 2/7/2017

I've added 4 new projects with their repos in Github since Feb. 7; all 4 have failed the source upload step. I have to think the problem is with Open Hub, not Github. I had added several projects prior to the 7th, and they went in fine, so I'm wondering if you folks made a breaking change around that time.
