Is i18n in the roadmap ? :-P

What specifically are you thinking about when you say i18n?

probably gettext PO catalogs, but there are other formats like XLIFF.

I agree that detecting, counting and reporting on i18n file types would be excellent.

Presumably they would be added just like new languages, and could even be done by motivated third parties (yes, I'm thinking of you here Ashar).

I was thinking about translating ohloh.net. At least in France, lot of people barely understand english or are just willing to stick to french, translating ohloh.net would help them. There are also funny things to do with dates, currencies and numbers.

As for implementing i18n files handling in ohloh, I am already too busy at work. I haven't seriously looked at MediaWiki code for the last 9 months :,(
