Hi Ron;
I've restarted a Complete Job (Fetch, Import, and Sloc) about an hour ago. And, unfortunately like many projects on svn.codeplex.com, this one is just hanging without any response from the codeplex.com server.
We have some 22.5K projects on codeplex.com and the vast majority of them are sorely out date because codeplex.com changed their support for SVN and it mostly never works. We've been successful in filing support tickets and have address a dozen or so repositories that way, but really cannot file 22.5K support tickets manually. We've asked the Codeplex folks if there were another way to resolve the issue, but haven't gotten a response.
I wish I had better news.
