psycopg enlistment problems
The enlistments for psycopg both say Step 1 of 3: Downloading source code history (Failed)

Also, no commits since November appear to be showing up:

Would it be possible to get these enlistments restarted?
Hi James,
It looks like we had some trouble with these enlistments long ago, but everything seems OK now. I've restarted the downloads. I'll keep an eye on them today.
