I can't identify any particular reason why these repos are failing to download. I've rescheduled them, and I'll keep an eye on them today and see if I can find the problem.

I've been watching this download off an on for a while, and it appears that our connection to this source control server simply isn't very reliable. We're making slow progress, but it might be a few days before the whole download completes. I don't know if this is a server performance issue, or if we are being cut off for bandwidth reasons.
