General tools

These are tools I use in general.

	TortoiseSVN Community rating: 4 Notes: Generally TortoiseSVN is my source control client of choice.
	7-Zip Community rating: 4 Notes: 7-Zip is my compression program of choice. It is very quick, and it provides high compression.
	TortoiseCVS Community rating: 4 Notes: TortoiseCVS is my preferred CVS client. It integrates well into the Windows shell.
	CVSNT Community rating: 3 Notes: When I need a command-line tool for CVS, I generally go with CVSNT. It is a native tool instead of running in some emulation layer.
	PuTTY Community rating: 4 Notes: When I need an SSH client, I generally go with PuTTY.
	FileZilla Community rating: 4 Notes: When I need an FTP or SFTP client, FileZilla is what I reach for. It has always worked well for me.
	Paint.NET Community rating: 4 Notes: When I need to do somewhat advanced image manipulation, I reach for Paint.NET. It has a better feel to it than Gimp.
