It would be nice if the picture upload functionality can also be used in the atom and rss feeds. So when a thumb is available display it with the enclosure in rss for example.

See  http://community.zikula.org/module-Forum-viewtopic-topic-58122-start-0.htm the Printer theme templates are not updated yet for gettext. That should of course have been done long ago. Make sure that the correct variables are being used and check all the templates for Printer, RSS and Atom.

News is also good to be used as blogging module. Once I programmed pnWeblog for this - but why should we have two modules doing almost the same? If it is possible you can insert a feature that the admin can allow user-driven instances of the ... [More] news module. if admin allows this every user is able to create own news just for himself. Using index.php?module=News&uid=USERID might show all news a user posted for himself (he should automatically have admin permissions to its own system). What do you think about the idea? [Less]

It would be cool if you could optionally support upload to Mediashare and so on instead of the simple upload.

bug description I can't get the picture upload to work. And there are various issues that form the problem: The module tells me it can't upload the images because they were either too big or of the wrong filetype - it would be nice if the error ... [More] message could say what exactly the problem is. So either say it's too big or of the wrong file type. (Moreover the error message is displayed in green, not red like an error) But as the images actually aren't too big or of the wrong file type it would be even more helpful if the error message said what the problem is. bug analysis I am not sure if the file path is correctly set in the configuration. fix recommendation Display errors in red Only display the error that actually occured - no "either this or that failed" Help setting the correct file path in the configuration and check if it's writable If something goes wrong with the upload the article should be stored as draft an not be published, so the editor can fix the problem before the article goes online. bug description Using latestest 130 code from github and news svn. Attempting to delete an article gives this error: Fatal error: Cannot use object of type Zikula_Adapter_AdodbStatement as array in ... [More] D:\xampp\htdocs\zik130git\src\lib\util\ModUtil?.php on line 1460 It happens when pressing yes at the conformation prompt. Although I get this error the article is deleted when I get back to the article list. Thanks Denis [Less]
