| wkhtmltoimage: Add support for svg output. Instead of creating a large image and then cropping it, just render the small part. scale-w and scale-h did not work well so these options where removed since you can alwayes use --zoom. If the specified width is not large enough to contain the content, find the smallest width that is and use that. Do not render scroolbars |
