Version 0.7 introduces the following features:
svn copy [-r REV] [WC_PATH|REPOS_URL] [WC_PATH|REPOS_URL] (version 0.6 only had WC_PATH->WC_PATH copies in place).
svn move (same parameters as copy)
svn mkdir [WC_PATH|REPOS_URL]
svn delete [REPOS_URL]

Subversion reached Milestone 6, meaning that
`svn log' works, and `svn move/copy' work for
files.

Although the sourceball is labeled 'M5', milestones 4 and 5 were completed in parallel:
Milestone 4 is a "bugfix" release, mainly involving fixing bugs related to the network layer (discovered after M3 made us self-hosting!)
