A newer friendly(ish) console UI has been thrown into the continuous mode.
When running with -c flag and multiple XAP files, it only monitors the first XAP file
Request: Integrated test results reported for multiple xap files
Enabled use of the NumberOfBrowserHosts to be used with the -c (continuous) mode. This should help speed up some larger test projects.
Added support for Silverlight 5 (special thanks to Bob Brumfield for some SL5 fixes)
