- Added skeleton version of launcher app. Atm there's just 'Quit' and 'Launch Client' buttons on the GUI. Supports update checking and launcher self-restarting on client crash. Also added basic .cfg and .xml files to the PS root dir, so the updater can successfully find no updates available (and exit correctly).
