loads of changes to make PerlPanel run in a sandbox - no longer depends on symlinks in various places. Moved pixmaps into share/pixmaps. Changed the default prefix to $PWD - this is overwritten when PerlPanel is built.

Loads of good stuff: - *finally* fixed the socket applet with a new name - and it works! - updated README - tweaked layout of control items in menu - fixed the separator by parenting it within a alignment widget, tp give it a 5px margin on each side. - added a .spec file - not tested yet.

Reasonable icon support in BBMenu, woohoo! Upped version to 0.2.0 cos we've seen some reasonably big changes. Removed pointless config file version check, replaced it with a warning.
