Eliminating "-fs" from the fbdev:vidix case was not a good idea after all... Fix the bug that makes MPlayer crash when using -vo fbdev:vidix with videos that have rez bigger than the FB rez!

I can't make expand work with the "vidix" subdriver, so until I'll learn it I'll restrict its use to the "not hw-accelerated" rescaling fbdev case.

Looping is now made through a perl "while" cycle until the MPlayer memory leak is fixed. A few pp MPlayer options have been added after a MPlayer ML hint. Added an "expand" instruction when fbdev is used hoping it will convince subtitles to go automagically *under* the video rather than over it when possible. A new function getFBySize has been added to be used with the expand function

Added missing & new languages in the help() function. Quoted $isoOut and $movixDir parameters to allow users using spaces in paths and names (shame on them! ;-) following Balazs suggestion.

All alsamixer lines have been moved to the profile file. The CyberBlade card has been added to the list of cards using the "vidix" driver. The -geometry option has been re-introduced for the "fbdev" driver when the CPU speed is low to avoid using "-fs" that seems to affect the playback speed (make tests to check this again!) Changed the "TV" option code according to the Balasz patch.

Changed an mplayer optimization parameter that was causing mplayer crash with the "vesa" driver when playing DVDs. Now the "vesa" is once again the default vo driver.

Fixed the problem with HD labels, so that now when re-started it allows accessing the Play->File menu without crashing :-) Tried to fix the problem with /dev/vcd|dvd|acd creation but still needs some adjustment. Added a menu for mounting remote volumes and automatically update the Play->File menu. There are still big works to do: 1. after using the fbdev driver the screen messes up; 2. there is no subtitles menu 3. there is no language menu 4. not all vo labels work fine
