More VCD modifications. Seperate sys header sectors for audio and video. SCR adjusted for null sectors inserted before the actuall MPEG stream on the disk.	wackston	More...				over 24 years ago
Tricky VCD fix. It seems the VCD bit-rate calculations include parts of the CD sector headers as well so you need to include these in the SCR and hence PTS/DTS timestamp calculations.
