The new version of jStyleParser includes the style sheet charset support and an extended support for attribute selectors. We have also improved the parser extensibility and implemented the base URL propagation for resolving relative URLs used in the style sheets.

We have upgraded to a new version of the SourceForge hosting. Unfortunately, the project migration includes a change of the Subversion repository URLs. If you are using a SVN code, please check and update your local copies.

The new version of CSSBox contains the support for CSS background images. Moreover, the configuration API has been reworked in order to allow separate configurations for various instances of the rendering engine. The bugfixes include mainly several text wrapping problems.

CSSBox is an (X)HTML/CSS rendering engine written in pure Java. The new 2.2 release brings a new tool for storing the rendered document in SVG (vector graphics + bitmap images) and PNG (bitmap image only) files. Many layout bugs have been fixed too.
