By default, locked files will now be removed if the user has admin rights. No warning message is shown anymore, and the wording in the options dialog has been modified to fit.

Fixed: cleaning in quiet mode still had a window with results as a consequence, due to the logging facilities of wxWidgets. Now, in quiet mode, an instance of the wxLogNull class in instantiated. Perhaps in the future change this to a wxLogStream instance and log to file?
