Patch from Kevin Stewart. Fix typo, removed config.db freshness verification. Added undocumented option --noconfigdb to avoid loading the config.db to conserve memory space. genDevConfig: Added new variable for use of OLD-CHASSIS-MIB slot port mapping. Extended processing of port filtering in --ports option. Updated usage description for --ports and --exclude. CiscoIOS.pm: Cisco 7xxx series routers with GS or RSP modules will not make use of them. Removed bits of code that were unused.
