New Feature/Function sed_title now allows for Masking of Titles, via Admin > Config > Titles. Also this function can be used outside of default, to allow plugins to easily provide configable titles. Moves Main Title/Desc to Titles Migrated SQL, and added the SQL files and the individual updates that was missing. Removed Left over antibump code. Added many new language entries. Completed Ticket #82 Added new hook message.first Messages can now be hooked into to be used by plugins. $title may be used for the error title. $body may be used for message body. By default messages redirect in 5 seconds to index.php, you may manipulate this with variables $rd contains the redirect delay (in seconds) $ru contains the url to redirect too. Fixed sed_url's containing & removed & from the current urls. Added a sanitizer to fix corrupted &'s incase they pass through; Fixed foreach error, and param error when not 2 params defined, and no rules found for an area.
