The Cargo project has reorganized its SVN about 1 month ago and as a consequence, Ohloh cannot find any prior history.
The project was started in 2004 and has over 14 committers.

Cargo is the de facto API to integrate containers in a project. I've been using it in several projects, especially through the Maven 2 plugins and I find it very easy to use.
Cargo is also very much recommended for integration tests that need a server-side deployment.
