Fixed problems where new workflows were showing up before they were actually new, and where, when they were new, their new IDs weren't being found by the profile autohandler, thus mucking up adding new desks. Resolves http://bricolage-bugzilla.about.com/show_bug.cgi?id=19.

Fixed bug where field_values and field_titles were overriding the defaults provided by my_meths(). This led to strangenesses where the value was being fetched from an object wrong, such as when link tags were showing up in story titles. Resolves http://bricolage-bugzilla.about.com/show_bug.cgi?id=4 and no doubt prevents problems that could crop up all over the place!

Using window name to determine if toolbars need to be hidden. This is less perfect than checking the window.toolbar.visible property, but since the toolbar object isn't available in IE, this works better across browsers.
