fixing UPDATE_DOMAINES doing NOTHING because mailname_bounce

fixing a nasty bug with rebuild_all_webconf (s/and/where/) that provoked roundcube install time bug

adapting alternc_fix_opendkim.php for SQUEEZE

removing 2>/dev/null of setfacl & quota to see the message (which one?) when there is a problem

no need to fix unhosted dns at install time

Lorsqu'on met une redirection vers l'url ​http://constantvzw.org/site/-GenderBlending,190-.html on arrive sur ​http://constantvzw.org/site/-GenderBlending,190-.html/ qui donne une erreur 404. Dans la table sub_domaines, la valeur est correcte (donc sans le / final)
